Global Operations & Logistics Manager

As our global footprint continues to grow, with offices and operational hubs in the UK, Dubai, India and the United States. We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic and results-driven Global Operations & Logistics Manager to join our leadership team.

Based primarily at our UK headquarters in Winchester, this role will play a pivotal part in shaping the efficiency, resilience and scalability of our end-to-end supply chain, while ensuring world-class execution across procurement, planning, production, warehousing, logistics and quality.

This is a high-impact, international role requiring frequent travel to our global sites, suppliers and logistics partners. The ideal candidate will bring deep operational expertise, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to align cross-functional teams across multiple regions and time zones.

Key responsibilities



Supply Chain Strategy & Operational Leadership

Lead the global supply chain function, ensuring processes from procurement to delivery operate efficiently and cost-effectively.

Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company growth and profitability targets.

Oversee cross-functional collaboration between procurement, planning, production, warehousing, logistics and support teams.

Demand & Supply Planning

Own the forecasting, demand planning and supply planning processes.

Ensure optimal stock levels with advanced inventory modelling.

Maintain S&OP-aligned planning cycles to ensure availability while reducing excess inventory.

Inventory & Procurement Oversight

Lead the Procurement team and ensure supplier performance and compliance.

Drive inventory optimization, accuracy and cost control.

Support major purchasing decisions and supplier negotiations.

Production & Quality Assurance Management

Oversee local Operations to ensure efficient production scheduling, workflow and output quality.

Maintain manufacturing standards through strong QA processes.

Support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to reduce defects.

Continuous Improvement (CI) & Lean Operations

Lead CI/Lean initiatives across all operational departments.

Analyze workflows, map processes and implement improvements.

Reduce waste across time, cost, movement, defects and overproduction.

Logistics & Fulfilment

Oversee global inbound and outbound logistics operations.

Optimize transportation modes, 3PL relationships, routing and delivery.

Strengthen fulfilment KPIs to improve customer satisfaction.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Monitor KPIs across procurement, planning, production, warehousing and logistics.

Provide regular performance and strategic reports.

Ensure operational systems and data accuracy.

About you



Extensive experience in operations, supply chain, Ecommerce logistics or manufacturing leadership.

Strong analytical skills with planning and inventory experience.

Proven ability to lead teams and deliver measurable improvements.

Knowledge of Lean or CI methodologies.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Highly organized and proactive.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 80,000.00-90,000.00 per year
