We have an exciting new vacancy for a Golf retail assistant to join our team at Hollins Hall Hotel & Country Club! Set in 200 acres of stunning grounds, just 6 miles from Bradford and 5 miles from Leeds Bradford Airport. This historic hotel has 122 spacious bedrooms, an on-site Bar & Restaurant as well as exceptional Leisure facilities and an 18-hole Championship Golf Course.

Your main duties would include:

Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a welcoming and positive experience for all visitors Assisting customers in finding products, offering advice, and making recommendations based on their needs. Managing bookings and handling golf memberships. Communicating with customers and members to answer questions about the golf course and products.

The successful candidate will be punctual, reliable and will have excellent customer service skills. Experience in golf/leisure sales with a focus on proactive sales is highly desirable.
