Duties

Greet customers and provide excellent customer service Assist customers in finding products in the golf shop and answer their questions Maintain a clean and organised shop environment Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently Upsell additional products or services to customers Answer phone calls and provide information or take messages as needed

Skills Required

Basic math skills for handling cash transactions Strong organisational skills to keep track of inventory and maintain a tidy shop Time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively Ability to upsell products and services to increase sales Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication with customers
