Graduate Business Development Manager – Legal Software

etiCloud are the largest IT Managed Service Provider to the legal sector in the UK. We are rapidly growing our software solution offerings and as a result we are expanding our business development team.

We seek recent graduates in Law, Business, and Computer Science degrees who are passionate about technology and have strong communication, presentation skills.

As a Business Development Representative, you will have integrity, professionalism, drive and determination to be successful while balancing ethical business practices and an overall commitment to our customers. We are looking for good communicators to ensure we demonstrate just how good our solutions are.

You'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities and introducing our product range.

Our product categories are IT Infrastructure, Communications, Security & Compliance, Legal Tech Software, and Solutions and Strategy Consultancy. With specific focus on our Managed Desktop Solutions and Technology Applications.

Key Responsibilities



Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.

Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and pain points.

Educate prospects on our Managed Desktop Solutions and Legal Tech applications.

Schedule and attend meetings and demos.

Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and activities in the CRM system.

Collaborate with marketing to follow up on inbound leads and campaigns.

Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge.

Meet or exceed monthly KPIs.

Required Experience



Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.

Desirable Experience



Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management.

Familiarity with CRM tools.

Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of IT services (cloud, cybersecurity, helpdesk) and/or software applications.

Experience selling IT Services or SaaS Solutions to law firms or legal departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
