Key Responsibilities:
Create and modify technical drawings and design documentation using SolidWorks CAD software.
Support the development of bespoke fabrication solutions from concept to final drawings.
Apply design-for-manufacture principles with innovative thinking beyond conventional methods.
Assist the workshop and wider manufacturing team with technical drawing support.
Ensure compliance with ISO design control practices and documentation standards.
Continuously seek ways to improve designs, processes, and efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
Currently studying or recently graduated in a relevant Engineering or Design discipline.
Proficient in SolidWorks (or similar CAD software) and Microsoft Office 365.
Experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential.
Strong understanding of industry-standard design and documentation practices.
Familiarity with outsourced processes and the limitations of various
