About the Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Assistant Graphic Designer to join our dynamic design team, specialising in large format printing.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who's passionate about design and wants to grow their career in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You'll work closely with experienced designers and production staff, contributing to a wide range of print and digital projects.

Key Responsibilities

Create and update artwork for print and digital media -- including social media graphics, web banners, and marketing materials. Prepare and manage design files for print, digital distribution, and production, ensuring they meet all technical specifications. Handle client artwork revisions and ensure updates are completed accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with the internal sales team to deliver artwork and print setups on time. Process artwork orders once approved by the client. Maintain and update company social media visuals, ensuring content aligns with brand standards. Organise and maintain digital asset libraries and support general design administration tasks.

What We're Looking For

1-3 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within a print or production environment. Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat Professional. A solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality. Excellent organisation and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines. A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for creative collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 27,000.00 per year
