Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and detail-driven Graphic Designer to support our Creative Producer, across a range of brand, digital and campaign projects. This role is ideal for a designer who understands that great design is about cohesion, clarity and commercialimpact, not just aesthetics.
You'll work closely with the wider creative team to develop visually compelling assets across digital and print, helping bring brand strategies to life through consistent, considered design. The role offers exposure to a wide variety of brands and projects, with the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to how those brands show up across every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Creative Producer in developing and executing visual concepts across branding, campaigns, websites and social media
Design high-quality assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Create and adapt digital assets including social content, web graphics, email templates, presentations and infographics
Ensure brand visual consistency across all marketing touchpoints, maintaining alignment with brand guidelines while elevating execution
Assist with website and landing page design, working within platforms such as WordPress where required
Collaborate closely with photographers, videographers, copywriters and strategists to deliver cohesive creative outputs
Prepare artwork for both digital and print, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail throughout
Stay up to date with design trends, digital best practice and emerging tools to continually improve creative output
Experience & Skills
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand-led work across digital and print
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
A strong understanding of brand systems and visual cohesion across multiple platforms
Experience designing for digital channels including social media, web and email
An eye for detail, layout, typography and consistency
Ability to work collaboratively within a creative team, while managing multiple tasks efficiently
Understanding of marketing principles as they relate to visual communication is highly desirable
