We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer

to join our Marketing Team and help strengthen our brand through engaging, professional design.

About the Role

This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll create a wide range of digital and print materials from social media graphics and brochures to website visuals and presentations. You'll work closely with the Marketing and People Teams to produce high-quality, on-brand content that supports recruitment, engagement, and client attraction.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for marketing campaigns. Create and update brochures, newsletters, and presentations. Develop engaging visual content for social media and the company website. Source and edit photos to maintain a consistent, professional brand identity. Ensure all materials reflect Unique Senior Care's brand values and tone. Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver creative support. Stay up to date with design trends and suggest ways to enhance our brand.

About You

Proven experience as a

Graphic Designer

or similar creative role. A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills across digital and print. Proficiency with

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

and/or

Canva

. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Willingness to undergo a

Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check

.

Desirable:

Experience in the care or healthcare sector. Photography or video editing skills. Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
