We're looking for a creative and detail-driven Graphic Designer to become part of the Monster Group team. In this role, you'll help shape and strengthen our visual presence, producing high-impact designs that enhance our brand and support our commitment to quality and innovation

What You'll Do:

Developing original brand identities, logos, and visual concepts. Ensuring brand guidelines are applied consistently across all platforms and materials. Producing engaging website banners, product artwork, and social media content. Collaborating in brainstorming and creative workshops to develop fresh concepts and ideas. Coordinating information from various internal and external stakeholders to help create excellent and high-quality work. Presenting creative solutions clearly and effectively to a range of audiences. Supporting the wider business with additional design tasks as required.

Skills & Experience We're Looking For

:

Minimum one year of graphic design experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Ability to prioritise workload effectively. Confident verbal and written communication skills. Meticulous attention to detail. Ability to develop clear, engaging wording and creative ideas for content. A proactive, positive mindset with openness to new ideas and approaches. Knowledge of HTML and CSS is desirable but not essential, as training can be offered.

Working hours and location:

This role is available on a part-time basis, with flexibility for the right candidate. Hours can be discussed to find a schedule that works for both of us. The position is based at our modern offices near York (YO60 6PG), so access to your own transport is essential.
