We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Graphic Designer to support our growing team. In this role, you will focus on creating renderings for customer enquiries, helping them visualize how our artificial flower designs would look in their specific spaces, as well as crafting compelling social media ad content to engage our audience. This is an excellent opportunity for a designer passionate about floral aesthetics and digital marketing to contribute to innovative projects in a dynamic, family-oriented company.

Key Responsibilities

Develop high-quality renderings and 3D visualizations of artificial flower arrangements, such as for doorways, restaurant spaces, hotel spaces, and custom installations, tailored to customer enquiries for visualizing designs in their personal or event spaces. Create engaging social media graphics, ads, and promotional content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and others. Collaborate with our design and marketing team to ensure all visuals align with our brand's elegant and artistic style, incorporating customer-provided details (e.g., room layouts or photos) for accurate renderings. Iterate on designs based on feedback, maintaining high standards of quality and creativity. Assist with occasional e-commerce product imagery or website updates as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing rendering work, product visualizations (especially in spatial contexts), or social media content (floral or decor-related experience is a plus but not required). Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and ideally 3D tools like Blender, SketchUp, or similar for realistic renderings in custom environments. Understanding of social media trends and best practices for ad content creation. Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work independently in a part-time capacity. Strong communication skills and a passion for aesthetics in floral or decorative design, with an eye for spatial integration. Availability for in-person work at our Mildenhall office preferred; must be eligible to work in the UK.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the floral, decor, or e-commerce industry, particularly with customer-facing visualizations. Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva for quick edits). Familiarity with rendering artificial or natural elements in realistic settings, such as overlaying designs onto user-submitted photos of spaces.
