JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and dependable

Griller

to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating grills, preparing grilled food to exact specifications, and ensuring kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards. You will be responsible for grilling meats and other food items with precision and consistency.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GRILLER AT

What you'll be doing...

Operate grill station and prepare grilled menu items according to standardized recipes and portion sizes. Monitor food stock and coordinate with kitchen staff for timely replenishment. Ensure proper grill temperature and cooking times for various food items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of grill station at all times. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures as required by health regulations. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure food is prepared and served promptly. Inspect food before serving to ensure quality, consistency, and presentation standards. Assist in prep work, cleaning, and other kitchen tasks as needed.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Proven experience as a grill cook or in a similar kitchen role. Knowledge of grilling techniques and food safety practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
