The Leicester Landscaping Company Ltd is a local business, covering Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, and Rutland, creating quality dream gardens for our clients.

This job will never be boring!

This role is the groundworks part of our full garden build renovations, for our domestic only customers. You will be mostly working on your own, and be responsible for the dig out and stone up of projects using our Bobcat micro digger and track barrow, fully completing the groundwork's of each project before the construction teams come in. You will also be responsible for moving the machinery with our pick-up truck and trailer.

If you enjoy sitting in a 360 machine all day and not having to get out, or don't enjoy woking on your own then this

is not

the role for you! This is an active role, and the successful candidate will hold a very high level of importance within our organisation.

You will be receiving an income of around 50,000 made up of the following:

35,000 basic salary

1.5 x overtime rate (approximately around 1000 per month)

Monthly bonuses' (average 250 per month)

Duties and responsibilities:

Ability to operate a 360 machine Minimum 3 years experience operating a 360 excavator Trailer licence (preferred) Ability to work on your own and tackle solve problems when they arise Ability to order materials to timescale Ability to run groundworks for domestic projects Ability to take initiative and problem solve Overtime where necessary
