The role
The Group FP&A Manager will lead the financial planning and analysis function across the Group, providing strategic and analytical insight to drive business performance. This role is pivotal in delivering robust financial planning, insightful performance analysis, and supporting executive decision-making. Acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership, the role ensures alignment of financial strategy with business objectives and fosters a culture of continuous improvement within FP&A.
Key accountabilities
LEADERSHIP & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
Build strong partnerships with senior leaders, including country MDs, finance teams, and private equity investors.
Present financial insights and strategic recommendations to executive committees and board-level stakeholders.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive alignment and informed decision-making.
OPERATIONAL DELIVERY
Manage the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across all European entities.
Deliver timely and insightful monthly management reports, including variance analysis and KPI dashboards.
Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and performance.
ORGANISATIONAL DESIGN AND EFFECTIVENESS
Contribute to group-wide transformation initiatives focused on cost optimisation and margin improvement.
Support integration efforts for newly acquired entities, ensuring alignment with group structures and reporting standards.
FUNCTIONAL OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE AND INNOVATION
Champion data-driven decision-making across the finance function.
Collaborate with IT and BI teams to enhance financial systems, reporting tools, and automation capabilities.
STRATEGY & PLANNING
Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to support strategic planning and scenario analysis.
Support M&A activity, including financial due diligence, integration planning, and post-deal reporting.
COMPLIANCE
Ensure financial planning, reporting, and forecasting processes adhere to internal governance and external regulatory standards.
Maintain accuracy, transparency, and integrity in all financial outputs and communications.
Skills & experience
Skills & Experience

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong post-qualification experience in FP&A.
Experience in a PE-backed, multi-entity, international business--ideally in professional services.
Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and influence at senior levels.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset with a commercial approach to problem-solving.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.
