Groupage Planner
Job Description
TST Group are currently looking for an enthusiastic Groupage Planner to join a busy team based in our Ballymena Office.
TST Group is an established, award-winning transport and logistics company, providing large scale haulage, logistics, warehousing, recycling, and asset disposal services to our clients.
The successful candidate will be required to work closely with the Groupage Team to manage and coordinate the daily operations of the company's vehicles across the UK and Ireland, whilst liaising with drivers, sub-contractors, and customers.
Hours: Monday to Friday 6.00 am to 3.00 pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
Helping to assist in the planning of daily work schedule and routing for drivers
Preparing electronic manifests & paperwork for drivers and/or sub-contractors.
Liaise with customers and provide updates as required.
Inputting data on to our Transport Management System.
General Administrative Tasks.
Essential Criteria:
Groupage Transport Planning Experience.
Excellent customer service skills to deal with customers, drivers and third parties.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
