What you'll be doing




As the Groups Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing the group reservations process from the moment a contract is signed to operational delivery prior to arrival at our hotels (The Marble Arch Hotel by Thistle and The Cumberland Hotel) . You will liaise with clients to ensure all their needs are anticipated and catered for, providing a seamless experience that reflects our commitment to exceptional hospitality. Your responsibilities will also include briefing the operations team to ensure smooth management from the time of arrival at the hotel.


This is a floating role that will support two hotels within our group,The Marble Arch Hotel by Thistle and The Cumberland Hotel, requiring flexibility and adaptability to meet varying needs across locations.

Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service A courteous and professional demeanor, dedicated to maintaining a consistently high standard of service Detail-oriented with a commitment to upholding our standards and exceeding client expectations A positive and enthusiastic attitude, embodying our company values of being bold, adaptable, and real A results-driven mindset, focused on achieving targets and contributing to overall budget goals Proficiency in Excel, Opera PMS, and Opera Sales & Catering, with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively Flexibility and adaptability to change, ensuring responsiveness to the dynamic nature of the hospitality environment A collaborative team player, ready to support colleagues and contribute to a positive working atmosphere
