Growth & Marketing Manager
to take full ownership of marketing campaigns, performance tracking, and growth strategy across both a premium clinic and a fast scaling salon consultancy brand.

Your Core Mission
To plan, implement, and oversee
marketing campaigns, content, email strategy, and growth operations
, so both brands consistently generate high quality leads, stay visible, and convert.
You will be the central point of execution between strategy, creative, performance, and systems. Your role is to ensure we are consistently marketing with intention and that nothing falls through the cracks.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign + Content Strategy
Manage the full marketing calendar across both brands
Own timelines for launches, lead magnets, promos, and nurturing campaigns
Ensure alignment across social, email, and paid channels
- Email Marketing + Automation
Write compelling, brand aligned emails (sales, nurture, and promo)
Build and optimise email sequences using various platforms such as Mailchimp, Kajabi andGoHighLevel
Track key performance metrics (open rates, clicks, conversions)
- Social Media + Content Oversight
Plan and schedule organic content (Instagram/email focus)
Coordinate content shoots, video editing briefs, and creative assets
Repurpose content across formats with consistent, elevated visuals (using Canva or design support)
- Lead Generation & Funnel Management
Create and manage simple lead funnels, landing pages, and opt ins
Coordinate with Meta Ads buyer (or manage in-house if skilled)
Monitor lead quality, CPL, and conversion through to booked calls or treatments
- Reporting + Optimisation
Maintain weekly and monthly reporting dashboards
Identify gaps, underperformance, and optimisation opportunities
Feed insights back to founder and sales team
- Operations + Team Coordination
Liaise with freelancers (if needed)
Take full ownership of "making it happen" across both brands
Bring structure, focus, and momentum to the marketing function

with 3+ years' experience running multi-channel campaigns

Confident across various platforms such as GoHighLevel, Canva, Instagram, email marketing tools
Strong eye for
premium visual branding
and aesthetic consistency
Analytical enough to track performance, creative enough to keep things exciting
