Being a Guest Experience Lead is perfectly suited to anybody with passion, pride and personality that wants to make a difference. You are the first and last point of contact with our guests and you will start by making them feel welcome by entertaining them while they wait to be seated. You will also keep the restaurant organised by maximising the restaurant\'s capacity and managing all cover turns. You will guarantee guests an amazing experience so that they love our offering, keep coming back and tell the world how much they love us.

About you

• The successful applicants should be able to demonstrate the following:
• Experience within the hospitality sector or similar
• Solid customer service experience, working to high standards
• Ambitious, career orientated and keen to learn
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think fast
• Outstanding communication skills
