Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Perform hair styling, cutting, and colouring services tailored to client preferences. Leading by example running a busy column and recommending retail to clients Manage store operations, including inventory and scheduling staff rotas. Mentor junior stylists and assist with training in techniques where needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon, including front desk responsibilities. Stay updated on trends in hair and beauty. Ability to drive salon forward and increase salon takings

Qualifications

Previous Experience in management preferred Strong customer service skills Experience in store management Proficient in barbering techniques Knowledge of front desk operations Ability to mentor junior stylists and apprentices Excellent communication skills Familiarity with local beauty trends and services
