We are looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our growing team at Handy Homie. The ideal candidate will have experience across multiple trades -- including plumbing, electrics, painting, decorating, and carpentry -- and be able to complete various maintenance and repair tasks to a high standard. You will work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and quality workmanship.
Requirements
Must have your own tools and vehicle (car or van)
Proven experience as a handyman or in general maintenance work
Good understanding of plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry techniques
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Good communication and customer service skills
Trade licenses or certificates (if applicable) are welcome
Responsibilities
Carry out general home maintenance and repair jobs across London
Handle a range of tasks including:
Carpentry and furniture assembly
Electrical and plumbing repairs (non-certified domestic)
Painting, decorating, and silicone work
Radiator, tap, and shower replacements
Minor repair and installation tasks
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
Ensure each job is completed efficiently, safely, and tidily
