Are you an experienced Handyman looking for new opportunities and a chance to progress within a sector?Our client is an established facilities maintenance company looking for a Handyman to join their team on Contract BasicThis is a Mobile role working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, there is flexibility with starting times to fit around you.What you will get :
- Salary up to xc2xa314.42/per hour
- Tools provided
- Any Trade qualification ( Carpentry / Plumbing etc) Desired
- Experience of handyman and maintenance
- Basic Updates DBS check copy.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of fabric structures.
- Identify and repair damages to fabric installations.
- Assist with installation and upgrades of fabric systems.
- Select, procure, and manage fabric materials and tools.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain documentation and prepare reports on fabric conditions.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and communicate with management.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Train and supervise junior staff and maintenance personnel.
- Apply technical expertise to solve fabric-related issues.
- Carpentry, plumbing, painting, tiling etc
- Flooring, power washing, building furniture, painting, IT, cabling
