We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of skills and experience in maintenance and repair tasks. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently as well as part of a team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Strong customer service skills are essential, as you will be interacting with clients regularly.
Duties
Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across the property.
Conduct electrical repairs and installations, including working with schematics and logic controllers.
Carry out plumbing repairs and installations as needed.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, performing regular inspections.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with completed work.
Qualifications
Proven experience in maintenance or maintenance person roles.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
Proficiency in electrical work
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
