We're on the lookout for a super bubbly, coffee-obsessed Head Barista to lead the vibe at our new cafe. If you live for latte art, thrive on good energy, and love making every customer's day, this is the role for you.
We want someone who can bring personality, positivity, and leadership to the team, while serving up incredible coffee.
What you'll be doing:
Crafting delicious hot & cold drinks.
Leading the coffee station and setting the standard for quality + customer vibes
Chatting with customers, making them feel at home, and building a loyal community
Keeping the space looking fresh & spotless
Training, motivating, and supporting other team members as the cafe grows
Handling the till and keeping everything running smoothly during the rush
What we're looking for:
Someone with solid barista experience
Confident, chatty, and genuine - your energy sets the tone
Organised and reliable - you can juggle orders and still keep smiling
A natural leader who's keen to grow into a management role
Team player who thrives in busy, fast-paced shifts
