We're looking for a reliable franchisee to manage our pub kitchen.

We're located on Hove seafront and we are a family run guest house with 20 rooms (66 beds), restaurant, bar and function room with frequent buffets.

We're looking for an experienced pub franchisee to take over our well equipped kitchen.

The kitchen comprises of a 6 burner hob, large and small oven, griddle, double fryer, salamander and plenty of fridges/freezers. We also have various equipment in storage such as a double pizza oven.

We feel like a classic pub menu would work best, however we're open to discussions on alternative ideas/cuisines.

Our restaurant food times are:

Mondays - Thursdays 5-9pm, Fridays & Saturdays 12-9 and Sundays 12-5, but these are all negotiable. We'd be open to you doing deliveries with Deliveroo etc but the rental fee would need to be discussed.

We're asking for a rental fee of 250 per week, no commission on your sales.
