We are currently seeking a

passionate and experienced Head Chef

to work closely with our Executive Chef to

build and lead the kitchen brigade

for this highly anticipated opening.

Brigade of 8 chefs

Salary:

55,000 - 60,000 (based on salary & Tronc).

About the Role:

The Head Chef will support the Executive Chef in:

Recruiting and building the new brigade Leading kitchen operations and overseeing all food preparation Maintaining the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation Ensuring all recipes and plating follow brand standards Supporting training and development of the team

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a

Head Chef

or

Senior Sous Chef

in a high-end kitchen Deep knowledge of

Italian cuisine and cooking techniques

Ability to manage and inspire a team under pressure Excellent

leadership, communication, and organisational skills

A strong understanding of: Kitchen operations (inventory, prep planning, cleaning schedules)

Food hygiene and safety standards

HACCP

,

COSHH

,

Natasha's Law

, and allergen compliance Audit and compliance processes

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily kitchen operations and staff Maintain food safety and hygiene standards to the highest levels Lead by example with hands-on preparation and service Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development and team management Ensure stock control, portioning, and cost-efficiency Drive consistency, quality, and creativity in every dish
