Head Chef

Build a name with big-brand businesses and corporate clients, delivering high-quality nutritious meals for boardroom lunches, executive events, and daily workplace dining. This role calls for a chef who can blend maintaining excellent standards, while working efficiently in a fast-paced, trend-setting, client-focused environment.

What you'll do:

Plan, prepare and present food to required standards Ensure the highest standards of food hygiene and health and safety are maintained Lead and Manage the kitchen Bring your ideas to the table and cook up new techniques, create seasonal menus and introduce pop ups and street food concepts Maintain food production records Hold team meetings and recognise training needs of staff

What you'll bring:

Proven long term senior position experience in contract catering NVQ Qualification or equivalent Current advanced food hygiene certificate Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks Commitment to maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards Good time management Excellent Team Management Mentor Skills, who leads by example Customer Focused Passion for food Proficient with Word and Excel Financially Astute to Achieve Tight Margins and Food GP
