We're on the lookout for a talented and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Twenty Seven Harbour Street - our independent restaurant on Viking Bay in Broadstairs.

Known for serving up bold, seasonal small plates in a relaxed coastal setting, we're all about quality ingredients, great flavours, and a warm, welcoming experience.

We are looking for someone with drive, passion, creativity, skill, a team player and someone that thinks out of the box and can see the bigger picture. A strong sense of pride in what they do combined with a calm and positive presence is essential.

The Role:

As Head Chef, you'll be in charge of the day-to-day running of the kitchen .

Creating seasonal menus with a focus on fresh, local produce Leading, motivating, and developing the kitchen team Managing stock, ordering, food costs, and keeping an eye on the budget Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety Working closely with the owners to bring your ideas to life
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or a strong Sous Chef ready to step up A real passion for quality, seasonal food and modern British/European cooking Strong leadership and organisational skills Food hygiene and safety knowledge A calm, positive presence in the kitchen
