Salary: 55,000 - 60,000 + Service
Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a newly opened Hotel, Restaurant and Pub based in Clerkenwell, London , and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef to join their team.

Our client is a newly opened hotel with over 100+ stylishly designed bedrooms. The property features two dining venues, including an on-site pub, both serving fresh, seasonal menus designed to appeal to a wide range of tastes. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the hotel presents an exciting opportunity for a talented chef to make their mark and grow their reputation.
What's involved?
Ideally looking for someone with experience in working in running a high quality fresh food Hotel or Restaurant. You must be able to lead by example and be able to inspire and motivate your team. The role will involve training and developing the team and working with the General Manager and Owner to offer the best possible experience for all guests.
