What You'll Be Doing

Oversee all kitchen operations and service areas Lead preparation and presentation of seafood dishes, carvery, and a la carte items Confidently handle fresh fish -- prepping, cooking, and presentation Manage the kitchen team, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency Oversee stock control, ordering, and food cost management Train, mentor, and develop junior chefs Maintain and exceed food hygiene and safety standards Lead seasonal menu development and kitchen innovation
Who You Are

A proven Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step up Highly experienced with seafood and confident in delivering exceptional quality Passionate about fresh, local, seasonal ingredients A strong leader with great communication and team building skills Focused, organised, and calm under pressure Committed to creating a positive kitchen culture and high standards
