We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Head Chef for The Southern. Part of FullerThomson, The Southern is a popular, well-established bar and restaurant, providing laid back drinking and dining in Edinburgh. This role is perfect for someone looking to progress into a head chef role.

Requirements for our Head Chef
- Ability to produce work of a high standard and to execute duties with an eye for detail
- A confident personality and strong leadership qualities
- Strong financial and cost control knowledge
- Creative flair in menu development and implementation
Responsibilities for our Head Chef
- Ensure provision of first-class customer service by all kitchen team members, setting a personal example to your team at every opportunity
- Develop great working relationships with Management and FOH team members
- A passion for food with the ability to consistently produce dishes to specification
