Responsibilities and Requirements for our HEAD CHEF :
Must have at least 3 years experience working in a fast paced busy Kitchen establishment as head chef
You must be hard working and enthusiastic, eager to prepare nothing but the highest quality food for our customers
You must have ambition within your careers, be willing to learn and further yourselves within your roles
Experience in dealing with a high-pressure environment during busy periods, and be able to use your initiative to prepare what is needed during downtime
Overseeing food ordering and delivery operations
Completing Food preparation and menu development
Managing a team
Stock control and optimization
Conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations
Dedicating time to develop your team using our tailored development framework
You'll train, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation and be responsible for the kitchen's financial performance which can lead to attractive rewards.
