Summary

We are seeking a talented Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at Venezia Exeter. In this role, you will be responsible for leading culinary operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining our reputation for exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations and food production processes. Create and develop innovative menu items that reflect Italian Mediterranean cuisine. Ensure adherence to food safety standards and hygiene practices. Manage inventory and ordering of kitchen supplies to maintain efficient operations. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain a positive and motivating work environment for the kitchen team.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant setting, preferably with Mediterranean cuisine. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire. In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent culinary skills with creativity in menu design. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
