We are looking for someone who is creative, passionate, talented and efficient to maintain our impeccable standards throughout the Golf Club. You will need enthusiasm, commitment and the ability to work under pressure. You will be responsible for both the clubhouse menu and functions up to 120 covers. The menus for some functions are currently bespoke to client's requests and could be an opportunity for you to show your creativity and excitement for food.

Extensive culinary experience with a strong focus on food preparation and cooking techniques
Proven leadership skills with experience in team management and supervising kitchen staff
In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Background in hospitality and restaurant operations
Ability to manage food production efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food preparation and cooking meet high standards of quality and safety.
Lead and manage kitchen staff, providing training and supervision to maintain a cohesive team environment.
Develop and implement menus that reflect culinary trends while adhering to food safety regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate food production to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
Foster a positive dining experience by ensuring timely service and addressing customer feedback effectively.
