About the role?
We're on the lookout for a passionate and creative chef to lead our kitchen team. As the heart and soul of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for crafting and perfecting our iconic dishes, ensuring every plate that leaves the kitchen meets our high standards. This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in everything from menu creation to training and developing your team.
The specifics?
- Lead the kitchen team to deliver consistently high-quality dishes.
- Innovate and develop new menu items that align with our American-inspired brand.
- Oversee stock management, including ordering and waste control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Work closely with management to meet and exceed GP targets, with bonus incentives available.
- Train, mentor, and inspire the kitchen team to reach their full potential.
