Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and positive working environment.
Oversee all aspects of food production and preparation, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
Develop and implement seasonal menus that highlight fresh ingredients, culinary trends, and authentic Caribbean flavors.
Supervise daily kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all staff.
Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food safety practices, and customer service excellence.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Assist in budgeting and cost control measures to optimize kitchen efficiency.
Experience:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food production techniques, kitchen management, and menu development.

Demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively while maintaining high standards of performance.
