Head Chef
who's ready to take ownership of a kitchen that's already strong and help make it even better.

THE ROLE
As Head Chef, you'll lead our kitchen team day-to-day, delivering a well-established all-day menu of hearty, honest food. We serve good food done right, with weekly roasts and seasonal specials that give you the chance to bring a creative edge when it counts.
You'll be responsible for leading the team, maintaining high standards, managing kitchen operations, and taking real pride in the food we serve, consistently and without compromise.

YOU'LL NEED:
Proven experience leading a busy kitchen team
Strong understanding of stock control, GP targets, systems and prep
A calm, organised approach to service and back-of-house operations
A high standard of cleanliness, safety and professionalism
Passion for hearty, consistent, well-presented food - cooked with care
A long-term mindset - we're building a team that's here to stay
