Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation. As the Head Chef, you will play a pivotal role in menu development, team supervision, and maintaining food safety protocols within our restaurant.

Duties

Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food production and preparation. Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high levels of performance and teamwork. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment. Manage inventory levels, placing orders for ingredients as needed while minimising waste. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Monitor food quality and presentation, making adjustments as necessary to maintain standards. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, training needs, and performance feedback.

Proficient in food preparation techniques and culinary arts. Strong supervisory skills with experience in team management within a kitchen environment.
