We are Hiring to fill the positions of an experienced head Chef in our popular Great British Fish & Chips Restaurant in Baker Street, London. Full-time positions available.

Candidate must be friendly, enthusiastic, pleasant, high energy, customer focussed, to be quick witted and quick on their feet to provide excellent guest service at all times. As a Head Chef you will be responsible for the overall culinary operations, ensuring food quality and consistency, managing the kitchen staff, and implementing food safety standards.

Your role will be:

Experienced in Frying Fish and Chips

Supervising a team of Chefs and Kitchen Assistants

Assist with food preparation

Operate the frying equipment

Controlling cooking temperatures

Keeping accurate records

Maintain health and safety at all times

Maintain effective communication with colleagues to ensure a quick service is provided at all times and our customers have the complete GBFC experience during their visit

Must be able to work well with everyone and as an individual.

Have excellent communication skills

20 per hour + Bonuses

Schedule:

Monday to Sunday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
