Job Description
Head chef required for busy Lowestoft restaurant "The Third Crossing"
Experience in running a commercial kitchen (Stock, Ordering, Cleanliness and menu development)
Experience with fish and shellfish preparation is essential
Minimum level 2 food hygiene certificate
Professional and punctual
Excellent team player
Salary negotiable depending on experience
