Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the kitchen. Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their culinary skills. Collaborate with the management team to plan special events and catering services. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, ensuring all equipment is well-maintained.

Experience

Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of food production techniques, culinary arts, and food safety standards. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail in food preparation and presentation. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service through culinary excellence.
