Restaurant In Luton is looking for an experienced Head Chef to join our small team.
The Role:
Managing the full food service for lunch and dinner
Ensuring that all food is correctly prepared and presented in line with the correct standards and quality
Executing appetising menu, which takes into consideration dietary requirements and allergens
Supporting and instructing the kitchen team in correct food preparation techniques
Ensuring the restaurant complies with all policies and procedures relating to the delivery of the restaurant service
Maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment
Giving an outstanding customer experience to our guests
Key Requirements:
Previous experience of working as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager in a busy environment
Qualified in Food Hygiene - minimum of Level 3 in Food Safety or equivalent
Good numeracy and literacy skills and an eye for detail and accuracy
Excellent management skills with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
Creativity and passionate for food design, preparation, nutrition and presentation.

Pay: 40,000.00 per year
