We role will require a highly motivated and organised individual with a passion for food and with high standards.
This role would suit a chef who has experience of managing a team but we will happily consider those who haven't necessarily been a head chef already, so this maybe a fantastic opportunity for your career progression.
The Ideal candidates:-
Experienced in following and developing food specs
Able to adhere to and exceed all food safety regulations and able to maintenance and manage standards of the kitchen
Competent in cost control, stock rotation and waste management as well as financial costings.
Able to deliver consistency whilst remaining composure.
