We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food safety standards are met, and creating innovative menus that reflect our commitment to quality.

Duties

Lead and manage the kitchen team, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation. Develop and design seasonal menus that highlight fresh ingredients and culinary trends. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimising waste. Train and supervise kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food safety practices, and customer service excellence. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction. Monitor kitchen performance, implementing improvements where necessary to enhance efficiency and quality.

Skills

Strong culinary skills with a deep understanding of food production techniques. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Proven leadership abilities with experience in supervising and managing a diverse team. Excellent organisational skills to maintain an efficient kitchen operation. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with both kitchen and front-of-house teams. Pay: 11.64-15.46 per hour
