We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation and production, with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, managing staff, and ensuring that every dish meets our quality expectations.

Responsibilities



Lead and manage the kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Oversee food preparation and production processes to ensure consistency and quality in all menu items. Develop innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment. Supervise daily kitchen operations, including inventory management and ordering of supplies. Train and mentor kitchen staff in culinary techniques, food safety practices, and operational procedures. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Monitor kitchen performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.

Experience



Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary trends, and food safety standards. Demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively while maintaining high levels of motivation and morale. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Passion for creating exceptional dining experiences through innovative menu design and presentation.

Pay: 26,378.09-50,723.02 per year
