Are you passionate about great food and ready to put your stamp on a much-loved South Devon gastropub? We're looking for a Head Chef who loves working with fresh, local ingredients and enjoys leading a friendly kitchen team.
What's involved:
- Bringing your ideas to the table--menu input and seasonal changes are a big part of the job!
- Making sure our dishes are costed right and keeping an eye on stock and wages.
- Running the kitchen day-to-day, inspiring your team, and keeping standards high.
- Staying on top of health & safety and food hygiene.
- Working closely with us (the owners) and front-of-house to make sure our guests have a fantastic experience.
What we're hoping for:
- Previous experience as a Head Chef in a similar setting.
- Someone who's organised, reliable, and loves what they do.
- A passion for fresh, seasonal food and creative menus.
- Great people skills--you'll be leading a talented, close-knit team.
