Duties
Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current food trends and customer preferences.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management, food safety compliance, and cleanliness standards.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Manage food production processes to maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Maintain relationships with suppliers to source the best ingredients while managing costs effectively.
Implement and enforce health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
Foster a positive working atmosphere through effective team management and leadership.
Experience
Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong culinary skills with an emphasis on food preparation techniques and presentation.
Experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing a team effectively.
Knowledge of food production processes, menu planning, and inventory control.
Excellent leadership abilities with strong communication skills to motivate and inspire the team.
