Overview:
We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team. As the Head Chef, you will play a crucial role in overseeing kitchen operations, managing the team, and ensuring top-notch food production and service.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the kitchen staff in food preparation and production.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and meet quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels and place orders for supplies as necessary.
- Develop innovative menu items and specials to enhance the dining experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment to meet sanitation standards.
- Provide training and mentorship to kitchen staff for skill development.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations at all times.
