We are a luxury, 24 bedroom hotel, with spa and 60 cover restaurant. Open for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.

No live in is available so you must be able to commute to site.
Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Head Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will manage the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Duties: - Create and execute menu items - Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation - managing kitchen staff and delegating tasks effectively - Ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed - Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization - Help train new kitchen employees Skills: - Strong background in culinary arts and food production - Proficiency in food preparation techniques and cooking methods - Knowledge of food safety regulations - Leadership abilities with experience in team management - Excellent communication skills within the kitchen environment - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality setting If you are a passionate cook with leadership skills and a dedication to delivering exceptional culinary experiences, we invite you to apply for the Head Chef position with us.
