Head Chef

to lead our kitchen team and help us deliver outstanding dining experiences for our guests.

About the Role:

As Head Chef, you'll be responsible for the overall operation of the kitchen, from managing the team to producing great quality food within budgets.. You'll bring both passion and precision to the role, ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation in every dish.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a team of chefs and kitchen staff Oversee food preparation, production, and presentation Develop and cost menus in line with seasonal availability and customer trends Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and safety Manage kitchen budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships Recruit, train, and support staff development Work collaboratively with the management team to elevate the hotel's food offering

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a similar high-quality environment Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organisational and financial acumen A hands-on approach and commitment to maintaining high standards under pressure
