Head Chef
to lead our kitchen team and help evolve our food offering - with a strong emphasis on high-quality, freshly made pizza.

The Role
As Head Chef, you'll take full ownership of our kitchen, leading a small and passionate team, overseeing daily service, and developing exciting menus that reflect our seasonal, fresh approach. Experience in pizza-making is essential - from dough prep to cooking and presentation.
Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the kitchen team with a hands-on approach.
Design and deliver seasonal menus and weekly specials.
Take responsibility for pizza preparation and service - including dough making, stretching, and cooking.
Manage kitchen operations: stock control, ordering, prep schedules, and compliance.
Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
Work closely with the wider team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up.
Essential:
Confident and skilled in pizza preparation, including fresh dough.
A strong understanding of casual dining and cafe-style food.
Ability to lead and motivate a small team.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Food hygiene qualification (Level 2 or 3 preferred).
Positive, proactive attitude and passion for great food.
