Salary: From 33,000 - 35,000 per year + Tips

Full-Time | Permanent | 40 hours a week

Your Role:

Lead the kitchen and maintain high standards of quality and consistency Develop and refine menus using fresh, locally sourced ingredients Maintain strong control of GP and kitchen costs, including stock and waste management Support the business in returning to 7-day operation Work alongside the owners to grow revenue and increase kitchen capacity Play a key role in expanding the kitchen team as the business develops Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen at all times

What We're Looking For:

Strong experience in a fresh food kitchen environment Creative flair and a passion for high-quality, seasonal food Excellent leadership, organisation and communication skills A hands-on, proactive approach with a commitment to consistency and quality A solid understanding of kitchen financials and cost control Build and nurture a positive, reliable kitchen team with strong leadership, staying calm and focused under pressure Full right to work in the UK
